Cathy is a proven leader with significant expertise in strategy and business development. Throughout her career, Cathy held a wide range of leadership positions that enabled her to experience diverse aspects of business development, organizational structure and transformational change. One of her most recent works is providing leadership across a multi-year major transformation with an award winning international consumer electronics retailer.
Cathy played a key role in the executive program governance and execution of sales model implementation. Cathy developed and implemented a customized change management approach facilitating transformation in the support center and retail store workforces. Cathy gained deep experience in the service industry while leading retail service organizations and managing 3rd party service and labor partners. Cathy has helped grow companies from $115M to $27B. Other recent works include development and innovation of new sales opportunities within large retailers in the U.S.
