Rand’s expertise is identifying leading wireless technologies and market opportunities, and he has deep operational experience in developing and launching new mobile ventures.

A respected leader in the wireless industry, Rand most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GreenLight, a Best Buy joint venture company focused on the auto-telematics aftermarket. In addition, Rand served as the Chief Operating Officer of Senior Vitals, a Mobile Virtual Network Operator for seniors and their caregivers, and led the development and launch of Boost Mobile. Earlier, Rand held various leadership roles at Best Buy, Sprint, and Nextel Communications.
